OK so He is in San Mateo County I get a phone call 2:30 in the morning him calling telling me they are taking him to Santa Rita ..Go figure what a phone call to wake up to.
So in the morning or afternoon I call Santa Rita and ask about an Inmate in custody
And what do you know he isn't there go figure once again .
that is San Mateo County finest police in Action telling you one thing and doing another can't even give someone a break Now if I hadn't called I would have thought he was in (SR) Santa Rita. He really is in San Quentin .Now how do you fuck that up?
I thought we were all about Prison reform well how the hell can you be reformed if you don't know which way your going and one person is telling you one thing and someone else is telling you another.only San Mateo county could get away with that.
Someone should do a little investigating into the formality's on our system because with a sheriff like ours it is there world no matter what.We are the clients and they are the controllers who don't play well with others.now most people in jail should be there or at least get a fair shake at what they are being charged with .
we are talking about a guy at the wrong place and wrong time got prop 36,Hasn't committed any other crimes and because he is on parole can't bail has to wait for state ,state says fuck you and off he goes fuck them.
